Your booking reference number on the Itinerary Document is a 'confirmed booking' with the Airlines, please quote this to your consultant for any queries, as they are the first point of contact for any changes , throughout the period of travel dates. 

Flights House takes full responsibility for your booking , from point of sale/payment, until the process of issuance with suppliers, for the eTickets and final travel document which is sent via email or can be posted out to your home address.

eTickets are processed in relevance, for any urgent or near departing travel dates .For all other dates , tickets will be issued and sent within  2-3  business days.

Kindly check your Booking on the Itinerary document, for correct dates and times of all flights, and that all passengers names are correct, as per their passport . It is the traveller's reponsibility to read carefully and check their details on booking.

Please check all your immigration and visa requirements for your travel plan. Flightshouse is not a visa agent and cannot take responsiblity if your travel plan is not authorised, we can assist with general advice only.

A form of payment , means you are entering into a contract of sale for the travel product with Flightshouse, and means you accept our terms and conditions as stated on website and outlined above.

Contact your consultant about extra costs applicable, for date changes required to your original booking, (subject to availability & fare difference will apply,plus any airline/supplier fees.) 

Any Cancellation of your booking , the cost of fares is non-refundable, regardless if travel has not yet commenced, as per the airlines & suppliers fare conditions. 

Cancelled bookings may also incur supplier fees, which can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking. If you seek a refund, and cancel a booking, you must write to us and state reasons that you would like to cancel . 

Each Airline has it own fare rules/conditions, which can be advised at time of cancellation, if any amount would be due. Any refunds due from Airlines or our Suppliers can take up to 4 weeks. 

Should for any reason, at any fault of Flights House, not fulfil the traveller's contract of sale for the eticket , they will be offered a full refund, which will be processed within 4 weeks of notice in writing. 

Baggage rules apply & vary for each Airline, please check all Flights baggage weight limits on your booking, with your consultant. *Multiple Airlines may not have same allowances. 

(For a Flexible, changeable , or refundable fare , please contact your consultant as these fares will be quoted at a higher fare cost.) No name changes allowed.
